Facts tell, but stories sell. If you want people to remember your advice, wrap it in a narrative.

Listing features or steps without context. The human brain is designed to remember sequences of cause and effect, not lists of facts.
Strategy is about making choices, tradeoffs; it's about deliberately choosing to be different.
This is the "North Star" of growth!

Conflict is the soul of story. If there's no struggle, there's no reason to listen.
How to Implement
Follow these three fundamental shifts in your daily workflow:
- 01 The ABT Framework: And, But, Therefore. 'I did X AND Y, BUT Z happened, THEREFORE I learned...' It's the simplest way to build tension.
- 02 The Hero's Journey (Lite): Present a Call to Adventure, a Mentor (you/your tool), and a Transformation (the result).
- 03 Open Loops: Start with a mystery. 'I almost lost everything in 2022. Here's what happened...' Don't explain until the end.
